Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or submitting a consultation request, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Kirkcudbright is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Kirkcudbright and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with the General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services where we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Our pharmacist's clinical decision is final and is made in the interest of patient safety.
All orders are subject to a clinical consultation completed via our online questionnaire. Our pharmacist will review your submission and may request additional information or decline to issue a prescription if it is not deemed safe or appropriate.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribing pharmacist. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following a consultation. Prescription medications will only be dispensed once approval has been confirmed by a qualified pharmacist.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate medical information, including details of any existing conditions, allergies, and current medications. Providing false information may result in harm and may constitute a criminal offence.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Your payment covers the cost of the consultation review and, where approved, the medication and delivery. If a prescription is not issued following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. The consultation fee, if applicable, is non-refundable.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is made via a tracked postal or courier service. We cannot guarantee delivery times once the parcel has been handed to the courier, though we aim to ensure prompt and reliable service.
It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery address is provided. We are not liable for items lost or delayed due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts outside of our control.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and the order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for prescription medications in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
If your order is declined following clinical review, you will be refunded the medication cost within 5 working days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. The information and medications provided are intended to support a broader weight management programme and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you experience any adverse effects or medical concerns after receiving your medication, seek medical attention immediately and inform us as soon as possible. You can report side effects to the MHRA via the Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide clinical and pharmacy services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
